Comment by Jeremy Stafford-Deitch, renowned author and underwater photographer, about Carolyn’s original paintings:
“As an underwater photographer bewitched by the beauty of the coral reef, every photograph, no matter how patiently composed, is something of a failure. Her art distils what it is to be astonished by the coral reef, an astonishment grounded in the seemingly impossible biological reality she sympathetically and lovingly records.”
